Alright, so I wanted to keep up with the Oman D10 League this year, you know, the 2022 one. Figured it’d be a fun way to kill some time and maybe learn a bit more about cricket, since I’m not the biggest expert. My main goal was to find a way to check the live scores without too much hassle.
First thing I did was hit up Google. Just typed in “Oman D10 League 2022 live score” and hoped for the best. Lots of results popped up, as you’d expect.
I clicked around a few of the top links. Some of them were pretty cluttered, honestly. Lots of ads, pop-ups, you name it. Made it kind of annoying to just quickly see what the score was. Others were okay, but they didn’t always update super fast. I wanted something that was as close to real-time as possible.
Then I remembered a few sports apps I’d used in the past. Downloaded a couple of the big-name ones, just to see if they covered the Oman D10 League. No luck, unfortunately. Guess it’s not popular enough for them, which is a shame.

- Followed a few matches over the next few days, just to see how accurate and up-to-date the scores were.
Turns out, the site I picked was pretty solid. The scores were accurate, and they updated pretty much in real-time. I was able to follow along with the matches without any problems. It was actually kind of exciting, even though I’m still learning all the rules and stuff.
What I learned
It can be a bit of a pain to find a good source for live scores for less popular leagues. You gotta sift through a bunch of not-so-great websites before you find one that works. But once you do, it’s definitely worth it. I’m actually starting to get into this Oman D10 League. Who knew?
